Barbara Potvin works out of both Bedford and Londonderry offices with support staff and approximately 180 fellow realtors. Barbara Potvin works  days weekly, 8am -5pm Monday through Friday and weekends as neede.

 12 Step Marketing Proposal

My 12-Step Marketing Plan is designed to give houses the maximum amount of exposure in the shortest period of time. Each step involves proven techniques that leverage the opportunities to showcase houses to key people that can either buy the house or help us find the right buyer: respective home buyers, local real estate agents and investors.

I will:

  1. Utilize a competitive pricing strategy designed to get the best offer in the shortest time
  2. Place For Sale Signs on the property.
  3. Design, develop, distribute and post Just Listed and Pricing Updates flyers to neighbors, fellow realtor database offices (180+ KW Realtors), 2 Boards of Realtors: Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors and Granite State South Board of Realtors, along with potential customers/clients.
  4. Optimize the house’s internet presence by posting it on local and global MLS systems and adding multiple photographs and creative descriptions designed to sell the house as quickly as possible.
  5. Create a 360 degree Video Tour which will be placed on multiple home sales websites. (see attached Extended Marketing Reach page   )
  6. Post Just Listed, Open House and other Marketing materials on http://www.AHomeInNH.com
  7. Target my marketing to active real estate agents that specialize in selling homes in the properties neighborhood/town or city and county.
  8. Advertise and utilize Social Media sites to market homes, including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Craig’s list as appropriate. https://www.facebook.com/AHomeInNH
  9. Blogging houses in southern NH, including descriptions and pictures on http://www.AHomeInNH.wordpress.com
  10. Target my marketing to active buyers & investors in my database looking for house in property area and price range.
  11. Provide education to First Time Home Buyers, Owner Occupied Buyers, and first time Home Buyers on buying a home in NH. (Presenter for NeighborWorks of Manchester and NH Housing First Time Home Buyers Seminars 4-2011 through present).
  12. Provide consistent updates and keep an open line of communication with homeowners.
